A typical park administration pavilion for Moscow parks.
Two functional programs are combined under one roof: one is a public one (offices and reception areas of employees), the other is a service one (repair shops and a household yard). The premises are assembled into a rectangular block surrounded by an open gallery along the perimeter - an intermediate space between the building and the park. The outer contour of the gallery is a permeable shell of vertical lamella posts. The functional two-part is manifested by the materials of the facades. The lamellas and the facade of the public part are wooden, in the utility part there are metal and plaster.
The project is designed for multiple use. The contour of the outer shell is slightly adapted to each new site. In addition to the already completed pavilion in Sadovniki Park, construction of such an object in the Olympic Park is currently underway.
