On an area of 1.6 hectares, 1,900 apartments will be built, a huge number compared to the slow pace of housing construction in the city over the past 15 years. The complex will consist of three buildings, which are visually difficult to separate from each other. It is perceived as a collision of different geometric volumes and colors. Part of the facade is faced with slabs "like sandstone", part - with silver metal panels, part - glazed. The seventeen-storey building has an eight-storey "arch" leading to the courtyard. There are shops at its base. The other two buildings are connected by a two-storey passageway, where apartments are also located.

A distinctive feature of the project is its extraordinary density. The Arcitektoniki complex is, in essence, a whole residential area, compressed to the size of a small building plot. At the same time, the architects abandoned the detailing of the decor, turning to abstract geometric shapes. The complexity of the forms of the total volume of the complex also serves for the transition from the huge scale of new residential buildings to more modest in terms of the surrounding buildings.

It should be noted that in parallel, the Infinity Tower is being built in San Francisco according to the project of the Architectonics architects - but it belongs to the class of elite housing.
