The site on which it is planned to build a new microdistrict is located not far from Odintsovo, directly behind the Moscow Ring Road, between Skolkovskoye and Borovskoye highways, as well as between two villages - Meshchersky in the south and Zarechye in the north. Now this place is a mixture of wastelands, industrial zones and shopping centers. As conceived by Yuri Vissarionov, it should turn into a "garden city".

I must say that the area has all the makings for such a transformation. Nearby begins the Bakovsky forest park with the remarkable in many respects Meshchersky lake (you can even swim). On the site itself, among the wastelands, a small spruce alley has been preserved - it is planned to include it in the landscape of the new neighborhood. The northern border of the territory is drawn along the bed of a "forest stream", which in itself sounds very environmentally friendly - until recently, no one paid any attention to the streams. The stream, I must say, feeds a cascade of small ponds, one of which is located on the territory of the future microdistrict, and the other two - on the inner side of the Moscow Ring Road. So, the site is good. But there is no good without a thin layer - after all, there is a noisy highway nearby, and in addition, another difficulty is a strong (up to 6 m) relief drop.

The architects tried to isolate themselves from the highway as much as possible. The closest to it is a streamlined glass office tower. The existing shopping centers are supposed to be supplemented with a sports and recreation complex - and turned into a "buffer zone". But in order to protect the microdistrict from noise, the architects decided to place a long and high "house-wall" along the Moscow Ring Road. It combines the function of a noise protection screen that separates the “garden city” from the bustle of the car - and the most expensive luxury housing, in turn, protected from noise using the latest technology.

Under the protection of this inhabited “wall”, Yuri Vissarionov designs an artificial multi-level landscape with recreation, walking trails and greenery, into which residential buildings are organically inscribed, the height of which gradually decreases towards the forest park, creating the effect of a gradual dissolution of the quarter into greenery. It is curious that it is here - in the low-rise part, in houses similar to townhouses - that cheaper apartments are supposed to be.

All houses are lined up along the main communication arteries. The transverse axis, which is also the main pedestrian street, begins with a large entrance "arch" from the Moscow Ring Road junction and ends with the building of the children's center located next to the forest park. This street is the main inner boulevard-promenade with small shops, cafes, etc. Perpendicular to it (ie parallel to the Moscow Ring Road) runs the main transport artery, pulling all the transverse thoroughfares. It is designed as a two-level one: below, underground, there is a roadbed for cars and underground entrances to houses, and at the top there is a green walking area. The separation of the automobile and pedestrian tiers is supposed to be carried out due to the aforementioned drop in natural relief.

The buildings of the microdistrict echo the nature-oriented concept with a variegated variety of their forms. Just as the general structure of the general plan is governed by the law of natural "picturesqueness", so in the composition of individual buildings there is some deliberate "irregularity" and at the same time cheerful diversity. "Sterile" whiteness peacefully coexists with multi-colored - blue, yellow, orange panels. Consoles, overhangs, slopes and cuts are also included in the visually rich play, giving the suburban neighborhood the emotional flavor of the resort.
