The project of a house for 4-5 bedrooms with a pool, which is supposed to be built on Eleuthera Island in the Bahamas, has been developed in two versions at once. The top of a wooded hill above the sea has been chosen as the site for the construction. The architect's goal was to make the villa invisible from the side of the highway passing by, but keep its visual connection with the coast.

The first option - "house - longitudinal block" - touches the surface of the hill only in the center, its ends hang over the slopes and tops of the trees, from there panoramic views of the sea open. The villa is a one-storey building, the entrance and common areas are located in the center of its volume, the rooms of the owner and guests - at opposite ends.

Koolhaas's second proposal is “a house with a yard”. This is also a one-story building, but, unlike the first option, it is raised above the ground on stilts. This creates an open "ground floor", a natural terrace next to the pool. Most of the villa has sea views. The courtyard located in its center provides natural ventilation of the premises and spatial separation of the rooms of the owner and guests.
