It will be a complex for those interested in wine and winemaking, similar to the one that Hall has already built for the same customer, Loisium SAS, in Langenlois, Austria.

The new facility will combine a wine center, a 100-room hotel and a spa complex. It will appear between the forest and vineyards, near the border of France with Switzerland and Germany: views of these countries will open from the hotel windows. Nearby is the Abbey of Marbach, and the pilgrimage road to Santiago de Compostela runs right through the territory of the future building.

Its plan is based on the principle of the structure of tree-like, branched structures; this made it possible to associate it with the relief of the area, as well as to create various spaces around: hidden from prying eyes for the spa center, more open for the restaurant. The walls of the building will be lined with dark wood outside. An attached social event pavilion clad with Corten steel sheets will blend in with the red rocks around the nearby quarry. On the ground floor of this small building, there will be a wine gallery connected by a corridor to the hotel's restaurant. The second tier will house a hall for chamber music concerts and banquets.
