The largest Russian and international investment and consulting companies presented various proposals there. The topic of the speech by Mikhail Shapiro, General Director of Danfoss LLC, concerned technical solutions for the modernization of heat supply systems in housing and communal services. The concept of integrated implementation of energy-saving technologies in apartment buildings has been successfully implemented by Danfoss for a long time in the framework of various programs aimed at energy saving both in Russia and around the world. The Danfoss integrated solution is technically universal, as it allows you to create unified solutions for both production and installation. This makes it possible to comprehensively introduce energy-saving technologies in the most ambitious projects. For example, as part of the federal overhaul program.
The main element of the complex of energy-saving measures is the replacement of both morally and technically outdated mixing units with automated individual heating units (ITP). In them, the regulation of the parameters of the coolant coming from the heating network depends on the temperature of the incoming outside air. Together with the automatic balancing valves installed on the risers of the heating system, this technical solution provides 20-25% heat savings.
The installation of radiator thermostats on each heating device of individual apartment heat meters increases the potential for energy saving by another 15-20%. And in total, the possibility of saving heat with the integrated implementation of energy-saving equipment is 35-45%.
The existing problems during the overhaul of residential buildings, the effectiveness of various technical solutions for energy saving schemes for financing energy saving projects - these and other issues raised by Danfoss caused a heated discussion of the audience.
Also, Mikhail Shapiro, General Director of Danfoss LLC, presented a working scheme for using the instruments of the Danish Export Credit Fund (EKF) and Russian banking structures to support investment projects in the field of energy conservation. As you know, EKF provides Danish companies operating in the Russian market with insurance guarantees for commercial and even political risks.
During the round table and the entire seminar, many administrations of municipalities, heat generating and heating grid companies became interested in the possibility of Danfoss participation in the implementation of energy efficiency programs based on the integrated approach proposed by the company.
The interest of the participants in the all-Russian seminar in the Danfoss concept for the comprehensive modernization of central heating systems, which provide up to 45% savings in thermal energy, indicates that even in not the most favorable times, both the government and business are working on solving energy saving problems.
