The building is intended for training students in the fields of ballet, music, cinema and new, "technologically loaded" types of visual arts.

In the three-storey volume, the premises will be located on 6 levels, thanks to a half-storey displacement along the vertical axis between the two halves of the building. Thus, from one studio or media laboratory, two other classrooms located in the opposite half of the building will be visible through the glass inner partition. So, students of each specific specialty will always remember about other types of art, which should encourage the creation of a variety of interdisciplinary projects, and this is precisely the main function of the new building.

Reflecting the internal structure of the building, its volume is composed of six rectangular blocks facing the main facades with fully glazed edges. The end sides are sheathed with zinc panels assembled from one end into folds. An open amphitheater will be erected next to the Center.

Inside, around the wide main staircase, there is a rehearsal room for 200 spectators, a cinema, three transformable theater studios, a recording studio, a multimedia laboratory, a technology workshop, etc. zones.

Completion of construction is scheduled for 2011.
