The PaloMax exposition system is quite versatile and designed for multiple use for various solutions. Structural structures of PaloMax are very reliable and withstand large weight loads while maintaining large-scale spans (max. 6 m) between the supports, while the height of structures in standard parameters can reach 6 m, and in specially reinforced 9 m. eliminates the swinging of the frame and removes the problem of supporting fastenings to the floor, wall or ceiling.
The PaloMax constructor is based on three elements: Capital (Capitello), Column (Colonna), Beam (Trave).
Their easy and fast assembly allows for an almost unlimited range of layout solutions.
PaloMax is comparatively light, all extended elements are made by aluminum extrusion technology, and "critical units" are solid or made of high-quality steel. The locking knots, thanks to a specially developed design, reliably fix the joints of the horizontal and vertical elements of the constructor, excluding the possibility of horizontal elements sliding along the verticals.
The elegant appearance, inherent in all APPLICAZIONI systems, is ensured by the smooth surfaces (without the traditional profile channels) of the vertical load-bearing columns. This allows you to do without any decoration of the frame. The constructor allows you to hide the power wiring and interface cables in the grooves and cavities of Columns and Beams and allows you to use various lighting systems and fasteners.
At the heart of the PaloAlto constructor are four prefabricated elements: Base, Colonna, Capitello, Trave, allowing you to assemble an unlimited number of different configurations.
All elements are made of die-cast aluminum and are assembled without the use of special tools. The system ensures fast and accurate installation.
The CAPITEL consists of 4 elements: Collare, Bicchiere, Ingranaggio and Ghiera. The capital is the main unit of the entire system, it connects the Column and the Beams into a solid unit and can simultaneously hold 8 Beams placed at an angle of 450 relative to each other.
COLUMN (Colonna) - a steel pipe with special grooves, placed modularly at a distance of 17 cm on top of each other, which serve for vertical installation of various accessories, Capitals and horizontal Beams. The assembled column can reach a maximum height of 417.5 cm.
The SUPPORT (Base) is made of cast aluminum and is equipped with a brass adjuster, allows you to change the height of the Column within ± 2.5 cm and is placed under a protective case. PaloAlto - optimal specification of accessories, it includes:
- Portable connection (Portaplugin), which is the basis for lighting fixtures with a fixing latch to the beam;
- A rack with shelves (Montante scaffale) is suspended through the Connector to the Beam and installed on a height-adjustable base;
- Curl (Ricciolo) - an accessory made from a processed metal bar to hold walls, panels of various thicknesses in an upright position;
- Screen (Schermo) - a panel made of fire retardant material, placed on the Column, can be oriented in any direction. It is used to place information and logos.
