Out of 60 authors who sent a total of 103 projects to the competition, three earned the highest score: Artur Kupreychuk (Ukraine, Kiev), Alexander Frukht (Nizhny Novgorod, NNGASU) and Alexander Ryabokon (Dnepropetrovsk, PDABA, INSO PGASiA).

The winner in the SUR-exterior nomination, Artur Kupreychuk's “car parking with a service station” project, embodies, according to the author, the infinity of the architect's creative thought, on the one hand, and attempts to limit it, on the other. The author calls his project "Allegory of Soaring Architecture", but it looks like a giant tongue suspended from random wooden supports. The irony is undeniable: the form (in this case, the tongue) should hang, that is, float in the air, but it cannot soar and to create an effect you have to prop, suspend, and hook up stretch marks. This is exactly what happens with most modernist masterpieces (and non-masterpieces): they imitate levitation, but they cannot fly, and they require a lot of legs to hover and hover. So the humor of Artur Kupreychuk must be recognized as very accurate. The author found suitable surrealistic images from the Polish surrealist artist and architect by education Zdzislaw Beksiński.

The best SUR interior - "Living Room of My Dreams" by Alexander Frukht - shapes the space using only one element - metal pipes. Their interweaving forms a staircase, a bar with chairs and an intricate installation on the ceiling.

The most original project in the SUR-idea nomination - "3d city" or a city in the form of a tree crown by Alexander Ryabokon, explores the possibility of the existence of architecture in the absence of gravity. The space of this city has neither borders, nor earth and sky familiar to us.
