The area of the complex planted with olive trees (Enzo Ene is responsible for the landscape design) with an area of 75,000 m2 is a slope that gently descends to the water. The surroundings of Lake Garda are very picturesque, and this almost excessive natural "picturesqueness" is set off by a restrained architectural solution. Each building is equipped with terraces and panoramic glazing so that the owners can admire the scenery.
Despite all the signs of good taste, the project, scheduled for completion in 2013, is reminiscent of the luxurious "architectural collections" that were so popular with developers in the pre-crisis era, and now seem completely out of time.
This impression is reinforced by the use of the names of the architects for advertising purposes: each building bears the name of its creator - for example, Villa. Richard Meier or Villa. Sphere. Nord (i.e. the northern villa of ATP sphere). There is even an LMB. David Chipperfield, which stands for Landmarkbuilding. David Chipperfield ("David Chipperfield's iconic building" is actually just a residential building with 4 duplexes).
