The new hotel is part of a 750-hectare hotel complex that includes two golf courses, an equestrian center, a children's zoo and even a 242-hectare forest. The hotel building is located at the highest point of this property, on the shore of the lake. At the same time, the architect emphasized its “horizontalness”: the two-storey building consists of a central core with a lobby, common areas (bar, restaurant, etc.), administrative and utility rooms, and two wings containing a total of 39 rooms.
Each wing is made up of 13 bunk blocks, united by a corridor, which the sun's rays turn into a "striped" space of chiaroscuro.
The project is designed in the style of the 1950s - 1960s, which Weinfeld loved: concrete and rough stonework are combined on the outside, different types of wood, natural stone, brick, and leather are used inside.
In one wing of the hotel there are 26 standard rooms with fireplaces and balconies (60 m2), on the other side there are 11 duplexes (120 m2) and one duplex with 2 bedrooms and 3 balconies, as well as an outdoor fireplace (180 m2). There is also a room for guests with disabilities.
