According to the organizers, the square with an area of 9,000 sq. m near Nizhnaya Syromyatnicheskaya "forms a" portal "to the world of contemporary art." Indeed, leaving the Kurskaya metro station it is difficult to pass it, heading to Artplay or Winzavod. The competition was held by the Center for Contemporary Art "Winzavod" with the support of the Moscow Committee for Architecture and Architecture. Recently, three winners have been identified: all three concepts will form the basis of the design project of the park, the implementation of which is scheduled for the summer of 2013 and will be carried out with the support of the city authorities. For the first place, a prize of 70,000 rubles was awarded, the authors of the projects that took the honorable second and third places will undergo an internship at the Moskomarkhitektura.
First place
The goal of the project, according to the authors, is comfort for all age groups, a convenient square, taking into account the logistic, aesthetic and functional features of the space.



Second place
The concept is based on the graphics of the bridge in the 4th Syromyatnichesky lane (project of the Center for Contemporary Art "Winzavod" "Patchwork"). “Graphics are used both as a decorative element and as a logistic one - the authors focus on transforming space through modern media in the landscape”.




Third place
The project is called "Ribbon. Meeting point, leisure, sports, performances”.
“To strengthen the new function of the place, the author proposes to include in the concept of the territory and a sports component. And the fence that separates the railway tracks from the city, he decided in the form of a single spatial tape, which starts from the bridge-tunnel, runs along the entire length of the site, and then goes around it from the side of the 3rd Syromyatnichesky lane) ".
