The building is located almost in the countryside, on a green slope. But nevertheless, there is a street nearby and other houses are located, so the southern and eastern facades of the villa are made almost monolithic. The rest of the building is glazed, and its interior is protected from excessive sunlight by a system of glass blinds.
Due to the difference in levels in the house, in addition to the two main tiers, there is also a third, lower one, with a garage and utility rooms: it opens onto a special courtyard with a sauna, a fitness area and a passage to the garden located above.
On the ground floor, there is a living and dining room, an open kitchen, a guest suite and a playroom for children. On the second, there are the bedrooms, including the master's room, study, library, and a salon facing the two-story living room below.
