Bee'ah is an eco-friendly waste recycling company, which is why its headquarters is sustainability: the project is claiming LEED Platinum certification.
The building will be built next to Bee'ah's waste recycling center, and all the energy needed by the headquarters will come from there (it is the result of waste recycling), and partly from the solar panels located around the new building.
The structure is made up of two dune volumes that surround the “oasis” courtyard, which is necessary for natural ventilation of the premises during the cooler months. Light facades and a roof will reduce the heating of the building by the sun's rays, and glazed surfaces will provide the interiors with natural light, but will, if possible, be hidden from the heat of the sun.
One of the "dunes" will house public spaces: the lobby, auditorium, educational center and exhibition gallery, as well as executive offices. In the second - the offices of employees and their dining room
The project assumes the expenditure of the possible minimum of materials, and a considerable part of them will be reused building materials.
The building area will be 7,000 m2, its plot - 90,000 m2. Its landscape design is formed by small dunes and native desert plants.
