Happy Wall in Copenhagen © Barbara Eichert Cities are undergoing many changes and at the same time being used for life. In recent years, many Danish cities have undergone refurbishment and renovation work to improve urban spaces. However, during the execution of these works, residents experience inconveniences (blocked driveways and passages, infrastructure violations, unsightly views of construction sites).

With the help of the competition, the organizers seek to rethink the concept of construction sites in the urban space. There is a need to find a way to ensure the comfort of city dwellers during construction and to transform construction sites into attractive urban spaces.
