Located on the shores of Tokyo Bay, the 49-storey tower makes up half of the residential complex: in April 2016, Harumi II of the same height - 170 meters - will be commissioned nearby. However, despite the general similarity, the towers are still slightly different from each other, making up a full-fledged ensemble.
They are located in Harumi, an alluvial land in downtown Tokyo, Chuo District. However, until recently, the geographical proximity to the "core" of the metropolis did not translate into the degree of development of this area. But when the Japanese capital won the right to host the 2020 Olympics - and the Olympic Village should be located nearby - the situation should change. Due to these expectations, Harumi towers immediately became more popular with buyers, who are confident that new infrastructure and various "points of attraction" will appear for the Games in Harumi.
The new tower houses 883 apartments, as well as a terraced garden, salon and café, party rooms, a fitness center, a library and guest rooms.
