The exhibition was held in Milan (Italy) from 14 to 19 April and attracted over 300,000 visitors from more than 170 countries of the world. NAYADA became the only representative of Russia at the exhibition at SaloneUfficio, an international biennale dedicated to improving the quality of working conditions and creating comfortable designs for office space.
SaloneUfficio turned into Workplace3.0 this year, so the whole workspace is changing. Modern offices are becoming a place for social exchange and meetings. Workplace3.0 is an innovative concept exhibition dedicated to the design and technology of workspace design.
At the I Saloni 2015 NAYADA presented the novelties of the international project of the company “12 Architects. Offices . To date, the project represents the work of eight architectural teams, including five Russian and three Italian participants. The main idea of the exposition is to show the entire history of the development of this famous project, which started in 2012. Its main feature is the openness of the entire technological process of creation, from idea to implementation. Therefore, at its stand, NAYADA reflected the entire history of the creation of collections of executive offices. Furniture collections are sold in Russia at the production of NAYADA.
For the first time, two novelties from Italian architects were presented at the stand: the GEMSTONE executive desk with an unusual metallic "natural" base from Francesco Morena and the TOUCH cabinet from Marco Piva, which is planned to be manufactured with an integrated control system using the "smart office" technology. The PIGRECO cabinet by Luca Scacchetti was presented at the exhibition in an unusual material - lightweight concrete, which was especially highly appreciated by all visitors of the stand. And, as the author of PIGRECO himself admitted, this is the best table he has ever come up with. The SPEECH collection from Russian architects Sergei Tchoban and Sergei Kuznetsov has renewed its structure and decoration. The main products of NAYADA - its own designs of partitions and doors - became a laconic part of the exposition.
The stand of the Russian manufacturer aroused great interest among the visitors of the exhibition, including guests from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, China, India, Spain, USA, Germany, France. Bold materials, unusual design, provocative forms and modern technologies of the Cabinets attracted the interest of both industry professionals and managers who wished to purchase them for their office. Furniture collections “12 Architects. Cabinets”are remembered, first of all, for their innovation and individuality - qualities that are especially relevant today for a modern workspace.
The culmination of the NAYADA program was the presentation of new products “12 Architects. Cabinets”in the creative Work. Create. Enjoy format. Together with the Italian architects participating in the project, NAYADA arranged a real Art Expression at its stand. The authors of furniture collections, whose works are presented at the stand, were offered to create an emotional portrait of their Cabinets.
Armed with paints and brushes, Luca Scacchetti, Marco Piva and Francesco Morena conveyed on canvases the true mood and inner energy of the Cabinets they created. As befits true masters, the architects approached the matter thoroughly and with great enthusiasm. The result was the author's paintings, in which one can trace the philosophy of furniture collections. Inspired by cabinet masterpieces, after the exhibition is over, NAYADA plans to similarly create emotional portraits of all furniture collections of the “12 Architects. Offices.
“We are participating in I Saloni for the fourth time, and each time it is a movement for us to new tasks and goals. For the second year in a row we are presenting our project “12 architects. Cabinets”and get more and more enthusiastic feedback. I was very pleased that all the presented collections found a good response not only among the European public, but also among the representatives of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain - countries that today are the main interesting markets for the entire European part. As always, it is pleasant to surprise both professionals from all over the world, but perhaps to a greater extent our compatriots (this time, by the way, there were still a lot of guests from Ukraine), to show that, it turns out, there are companies in Russia that can to do things like that. Gradually, we will still be able to change the attitude towards Russian design and the quality of Russian production both in the world and in ourselves. Although the cabinets presented at our stand this year are mainly by Italian masters, all cabinets have been designed and produced in our Russian production. At this exhibition, we paid special attention to the history of our project “12 Architects. Cabinets”- after all, each story of the Cabinet creation and cooperation with authors is special and interesting. Together with architects, we individually work on all stages of the collections, showing our work to the public from start to finish. And now we have reached the point that our Executive Cabinets are a unique and modern product that is already being sold,”comments Dmitry Cherepkov, Director of NAYADA.

The TOUCH collection is the result of the provocative combination of form and content that underlies the architectural composition. Classic, modern and technology - these are the three keywords that characterize the collection.
The selected materials are inherently very modern: lacquered wood, leather, textured metal. They are suitable for classic office decoration, but they managed to be applied in a new way, with the benefit of using their technological potential. In addition, TOUCH has several technical features built into modular elements designed to create an active relationship between these furniture elements and the surrounding space. For example, the plinth contains a touch-sensitive digital control system, programmed to wirelessly link the table to the lighting, sound system and surroundings for complete control of the workspace. The collection consists of tables, bookcases, work areas, consoles and panels.
GEMSTONE collection by Francesco Morena
Designed for corporate offices, the Gemstone collection introduces the desktop as the centerpiece of this collection and seeks to explore the complex relationship between nature and design, and strike a balance between harmony and functionality.
The selected shapes change in space and go from a solid metal base, which looks like a rock with an irregular surface, to a polished surface of a wooden tabletop, made up of clean and perfect cuts. The almost mirrored surfaces of the base reflect the colors of the surrounding area. Air moves freely under and around the table surface.
PIGRECO collection by Luca Scacchetti
Pigreco is the result of a search for maximum simplicity, in mathematical terms, striving for a minimum value, almost to the archetype of a desk. And all this, in contrast to any trend of minimalism, without losing individuality and originality, and despite universal recognition, occurs through the process of gradual exclusion. In 2015, NAYADA implemented a collection in lightweight concrete.
