A restaurant near the village of Bolu (Linnesnes commune) will be called Under - "under" from English, which can also be translated as "miracle" from Norwegian. Its massive volume of meter-long concrete walls will partially protrude above the surf, as if leaning on the shore. Its streamlined shape is designed to contrast with the surrounding rocks. In the lower part, the structure, thanks to its rough surface, should attract molluscs, which will cling to it over time, while enhancing local biodiversity and purifying the water.

At a depth of five meters, the soft lighting of the main hall penetrates outside through a panoramic window (11 mx 4 m) made of plexiglass, as well as lamps on the bottom nearby are designed to draw marine life closer to the restaurant so that visitors can admire them. In total, the building is designed for 80-100 guests, for whom there are two long tables and several smaller ones.

The entrance to the restaurant is lined with local oak wood: over time, it will acquire a characteristic gray color, in harmony with concrete. Oak is also widely used in interior design. At the surf level there is a wardrobe, below is a champagne bar overlooking the main hall, and even below is the restaurant itself. All levels are covered by a narrow vertical window, also covered with plexiglass. The heat pump will cool and heat the premises.

The interior of the bar reminds of the color of the coastal zone - sand, rocks, shells. The restaurant's dark blue and green tones are inspired by the seabed, seaweed and rough seas. The menu is planned to include dishes from nearby cod, lobster, shellfish, as well as "truffle kelp", a local variety of seaweed that tastes like truffles.

In addition to its commercial and entertainment function, Under will serve as a scientific base for researchers in the field of marine biology, in particular, it is planned to study the behavior of fish. Scientists will also help create optimal conditions for fish, shellfish and crustaceans at the bottom around the restaurant.
