Working on the four townhouses project, Meridian 105 Architecture decided to abandon the typical Denver option of a rooftop terrace with a "doghouse" staircase leading to it, and therefore rarely go upstairs. Instead, the architects placed terraces on the second floor level, linking them - and the views of the city center from there - with the interiors.

At the same time, such a move gives the house a showiness, making the whole block more interesting. The same purpose is served by the design of the first floor in the form of a portico, which separates the entrance doors and the adjoining living quarters from pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk. In addition, materials determine the appearance of the building. Stainless steel is a recyclable material, which has become a "sustainable" solution; its imperfect surface, according to the authors, gives the house its character. Also used cedar wood with a protective coating based on pine resin.

A double-height solarium plays an important role in the interior, letting in sunlight from the south side.
