The "Best Social Infrastructure Object" award was organized by the Moscow Region Designers Association to recognize the most successful architectural and interior projects of schools, kindergartens, clinics, hospitals, sports complexes and other social facilities. 103 structures from Russia, neighboring countries and the Czech Republic claimed for awards in six nominations. The jury chaired by Ilya Mashkov (AMPO) included architects Pavel Andreev ("Grand"), Yuri Vissarionov ("PTAM Vissarionova"), Boris Levyant (ABD architects), Konstantin Khodnev (DNK), Elena Grigorova ("Mezonproekt"), Olga Malinova (State Unitary Enterprise MO "NIIPI Urban Planning"), as well as representatives of the relevant ministries of the region. Buildings, designs and interiors were assessed separately.

1st place / Buildings. Medical institutions
General hospital, Tyumen
LLC "AkademStroyProekt"
Hospital with a total area of over 16,000 m22 designed using non-standard space-planning solutions - from the organization of atriums to illumination of medical rooms with overhead light. The decision to place all departments in one building provides not only the convenience of patients, but also saves the total area and building volume by reducing communications. The hospital is adjoined by a public garden, the layout of which repeats the structure of an orchard that existed in this place earlier.

Multifunctional sports complex "Sopka" as part of the Academy of Winter Sports, Krasnoyarsk
"Cooperative design workshop A2"
The complex includes an acrobatic hall with a springboard, a versatile game room, a spa block, squash courts, table tennis and badminton halls, and parking for 200 cars. When landscaping the territory, the designers tried to minimize the impact on the natural landscape. The priority was to preserve the existing ecosystem: flora, fauna, natural relief with natural runoff of rain and melt water.

Khoroshevskaya gymnasium, Moscow
LLC "A-Proekt. K", concern "KROST"
The project is distinguished by innovative architectural, planning, design and technological solutions. Light, space, transparency, the silhouette of an openwork forest on the facade and living trees inside - the gymnasium building contradicts the usual image of the school and sets new trends in the design of educational institutions.

Sevastopol Theater for Young Spectators, Sevastopol
LLC "MV-Project"
The theater building is made up of volumetric elements, due to which it has several completely different images - depending on the angle. The main entrance of the Youth Theater is facing the dance theater. The buildings contrast with each other and at the same time form a common recreational area. This ensemble claims to be a dominant in the surrounding buildings.

Reconstruction of the stadium "Mashinostroitel", Krasnogorsk (Moscow region)
LLC "Arctic-SV-Project"
The football stadium received artificial turf, playgrounds and running tracks. Green roofs and flower beds on three levels have become an important part of the architectural composition. The first level consists of flower beds located at the facade with the main entrance: they continue the volumetric composition of the building. The second tier of greenery is located on two roofs, access to which is possible from the premises of the second floor. The third level is on the roof.

School for 550 students, Tuchkovo (Moscow region)
ARS-ST LLC
The designers were faced with the task of creating the most compact planning solution with a clear division into three functional blocks with the possibility of reusing the project. The volumes of primary and secondary schools are located symmetrically relative to the central block with an assembly hall, which protrudes forward on supports, organizing the space of the main entrance. The image of the building is based on a combination of a laconic silhouette and rich facade cladding.
