The residential complex was implemented by the Hals-Development company according to the architects project of the SPEECH bureau. It is no coincidence that they are called “pioneers of the Art Deco revival”. The austere geometry and noble colors of the finishing stone in the Iskra-Park quarter echo the era, almost a century ago, when another wave of attention to classical architecture went hand in hand with the desire for elegant but representative luxury. The solemn decor of the lobby, with its high ceilings and huge stained-glass windows, may resemble the grand hall of the Ukraine Hotel. The associative array is continued by the decoration of the facades of Iskra - an ornament of five-pointed stars and airplanes takes us from international art deco to the Soviet thirties with their pathos of industrialization against the background of post-constructivism.

The apartments of the complex support “smart” technology smart home: all engineering systems of the apartments can be controlled from the application on the smartphone. An individual scenario allows residents of Iskra-Park to set their own preferences for controlling curtains, lights, sockets, air conditioning, heating, and so on.

Business class apartments offer views of Petrovsky Park, Khodynskoye Pole and Moscow City skyscrapers. In private yards, there are alleys, flower beds, manicured lawns and gazebos.

Part of the Iskra-Park quarter is a modern business center, so its functional content is mixed, which corresponds to modern trends in urban planning: the city should be diverse, this gives its residents more chances to find work near their home.

The office building contrasts with the residential ones: its facade is completely glass, with a mirror effect, and large-relief, which turns it into an eye-catching "sculpture" and makes it clearly visible both from Leningradsky Prospekt and from Khodynskoye Pole. The office building is a kind of lighthouse, although it is located in the depths of the block, you want to see it, it clearly indicates: here, in the well-known and actively transforming district of Moscow, something new, a new accent has appeared.

In the office building, the architects used Guardian SunGuard® Neutral 70 HT multifunctional glass - its moderate but noticeable specularity helps architects make the most of the large relief of the facade: the edges reflect different parts of the environment, transforming the building into a paradoxical, changing “kaleidoscope”.

The architectural glass SunGuard® Neutral 70 HT used in the Iskra Park residential complex is an example of modern technologies: thanks to the thinnest layer of metal alloy applied to the glass by magnetron sputtering, it optimally combines neutrality, energy efficiency and sun protection properties.

In any weather, the SunGuard Neutral 70 HT glass ensures comfort in the interior. Its energy efficient coating can help reduce both heating and air conditioning costs, and its moderate specularity protects from outside views. Such glass - a high-tech addition to the strictly respectable retrospective imagery of part of the buildings - allows you to maintain a balance of tradition and modernity, while at the same time achieving standards of comfort that are relevant for the 21st century both inside residential buildings and in an office building.
