Etaget complex for 103 apartments is located in the western part of the island of Kungsholmen. Previously, it was the territory of office buildings and light industry enterprises, but now other companies have settled there, as well as housing is being built. This variety of functions, along with the traditional scheme of an apartment building for the center of Stockholm - a public ground floor, the main part, a penthouse moved away from the red line - defined the Etaget composition.
The building is made up of separate blocks shifted relative to each other. Their differences are emphasized by the facade material - three types of bricks, brass and copper. Wood is used for cladding terraces and balconies. As a result, the image of a “city within a city” arises, neatly inscribed in a small area in the bend of the street.
The ground floor is occupied by shops and cafes, apartments with large windows repeat the "loft" scheme, a landscaped roof terrace facilitates communication between residents.
