The project, which is estimated at about 25 million euros, promises to be truly significant and ambitious. The architects themselves say that they set themselves the goal of setting new standards for such construction for the country. The station will be located almost in the center of Copenhagen, on Klevermarkvay street (Kløvermarksvej), next to the Kløvermarken field. Previously, it served as an airfield, but now it is occupied by outdoor sports grounds.

The construction site was allocated on the territory of the old pumping station, built in 1901 by the chief architect of the city, Ludwig Fenger. And one of the tasks of C. F. Møller was able to organically fit the new object into the living urban environment, to provoke a dialogue between the old and the new. Massive forms and walls made of familiar brick closely connect the building with the surrounding historic industrial architecture. Deliberate simplicity of external solutions and maximum attention to the principles of sustainable construction, comfort and safety of workers indicate the preferred direction for the further development of this architectural type.

The layout and volumetric solution of the building (its total area will be about 7400 m2) is dictated primarily by the internal structure of the pumping station. The experienced international company Krüger A / S acts as a technical consultant and project manager. An underground borehole determined the rounded shape of the main building, water towers 24 m high each create a powerful "fortress" silhouette. A grass sloped roof is used to collect rainwater. Green zones, also rounded on the sides of the engineering structure, are considered not only as resting places for the station personnel, but are also involved in the process of collecting water.
