It consists of aluminum profiles without thermal break and is intended for continuous multi-storey glazing of premises that do not require heat retention. The system is an external stained-glass window, in which the profile chambers protrude beyond the plane of the filling elements. This design ensures a tight fit of the fillings to the floor slabs. This is convenient for both residents and installers.
ALT VC65 combines the advantages of facade (post-transom) and window systems. The frame of the supporting structure is made of uprights and crossbars, the visible width of which is 65 mm. The assembly can take place both on-site and in the workshop of the processing plant. Structures from the alt=VC65 system are fixed to the floor slabs with steel brackets using cold zinc coating.
Step - up to 1.3 m
The wide range of racks allows full height stained glass to be drawn on 25-storey buildings with a floor height of up to 3.2 m for all wind regions. At the same time, the system has an exclusive ability to dock racks of different standard sizes with each other. For this, in addition to the main rusk elements, a special additional profile and a decorative plug for the transition from one standard size of the rack to another have been developed.
The geometry of the VC65 rack profiles is universal, i.e. The same profiles are used both for making straight stained-glass windows, and for implementing various angles of rotation and design of openings for the installation of sliding and swing doors. The system also includes swivel arms with 90 and 135 ° pivot angles
The basic set of crossbars allows you to collect stained-glass windows with a step between the posts up to 1.3 m. For the installation of doors of sliding structures in openings up to 4 m wide, special reinforced crossbars with ebbs have been developed. Depending on the size of the racks that form the opening, the ebb of the crossbar either adjoins the ends of the racks, or protrudes beyond their dimensions, harmoniously fitting into the overall appearance of the stained-glass window.
Installation - from the inside, but options are possible
The system allows the installation of "blind" infills with a thickness of 4 to 26 mm, sliding and hinged window sashes into the frame. Glass, double-glazed windows, sandwich panels, magnesite slabs are used as blind fillings.
Installation of double infills is also possible: for the outer filling, glass with a thickness of 4-8 mm can be used, for the inner one - magnesite plate or any other sheet material with a thickness of 8-12 mm.
The frame and infill elements are assembled from inside the room. This principle of operation speeds up, simplifies and reduces the cost of installation work, while increasing their quality. However, infills in the area of the floor slab can be installed outside the façade. Due to this, if necessary, the replacement of such fillings is carried out without disturbing the interior decoration. This solution is protected by a patent.
A unique set of accessories allows decorating the joints, as well as protecting the frame of the stained-glass window from blowing and ingress of moisture. These elements reduce the time and labor intensity of installation and eliminate the need to use silicone sealants.
