Recently, the Studio of Moving Glass Architecture of the South Coast has successfully completed the most difficult project for the owner of a private house in the cottage village "Imperial", located 24 km from the Moscow Ring Road, between Kievskoye and Kaluzhskoye highways near the village of Pervomayskoye. "Imperial" is surrounded by a picturesque forest and is a small cozy area of 45 houses with respectable cottages for those who prefer the comfort and tranquility of nature to noisy city traffic and crowded.
It was for the owner of one of these houses that the assembly team under the leadership of the head of the engineering department Serikbayev I. B. a project for the installation of glass railings for the second light and a five-span staircase in the house was developed and fully installed. The fencing of the second light is made in the Sali-Base 1010 profile and tempered, brightened triplex 8.1.8 glass with illumination, thanks to which the whole structure looks light and airy, unobtrusively fits into the main interior of the house and attracts the eyes of the hosts and guests.
The railing of the five-span staircase itself is made with F40 point fixings using 12 mm brushed glass. The entire fence is absolutely safe and extremely durable, it is this factor (in addition to the appearance) that the owners of the premises were asked to take into account in the calculations of the project.
Special mention should be made of the difficulties that the specialists of the South Coast Moving Glass Architecture Studio had to face when fulfilling this order. The main problem was the extremely small gap between the steps of different spans, which amounted to about 3 cm. It was because of this that the leading engineer of the Studio of Moving Glass Architecture of the South Coast had to design the entire staircase in one plane. During the subsequent manufacture of fences and their installation, all specialists also had to take this factor into account.
In total, it took about 3 months to manufacture and install the staircase fence and the second light. First of all, the installation of embedded elements in the rough concrete was carried out. Further, by agreement with the customer of the project, the assembly team of the Moving Glass Architecture Studio of the South Coast expected the readiness of the final finishing, as well as the delivery of furniture and interior items to the upper floors.
As a result of all the work and calculations, the owners of a private house in KP Imperial received a reliable and durable glass structure, which not only perfectly complements the interior and design of the house, but also serves as a kind of "highlight" for the interior decoration.
