The facility will be located in the city of Morro Jable on the island of Fuerteventura. It will be erected on a hill above the sea coast, and the architectural design of the building is determined by its natural context.
Its volumetric composition and texture of concrete walls will resemble the surrounding rocks: the building will be partially buried in the ground, so that the resemblance to the mass of rock that has come out to the earth's surface is more complete. Hence the name of the complex, which will include, among other things, a concert hall and a congress center: "Terrestrial Landscape", or even "Terrestrial Crustal Landscape".
Despite the brutal, "raw" appearance, the building inside will be more than modern: individual rooms will have different acoustic properties so that events of various genre and scale can be held there. For the same purpose, her plan was made as flexible as possible. During the design, the architect also paid special attention to the problems of reducing energy consumption and other costs of building maintenance.
