We are glad to present windows with improved heat transfer resistance characteristics RW 64 HI and RW 71 HI +. RW 64 HI

RW 64 HI - new warm window system Realit® for architectural exterior building. It has high rates of thermal insulation, air and water tightness, as well as sound insulation, has an attractive, modern appearance and high performance characteristics. System RW 64 HI improves the energy efficiency of modern buildings and can be used in a temperature range of -50 to +80 ° C

The basic dimensions of the warm window series RW 64 HI are 64 mm for the frame and 72 mm for the casement. The system is based on a combination of two aluminum profiles interconnected by a glass-filled polyamide thermal bridge, 27 mm wide. A thermal bridge with an insert made of closed-cell polyethylene foam allows reaching the required temperatures of the surfaces of aluminum profiles inside the room, at which moisture condensation does not occur, and reliably protects the room from the cold in frosty winter. The system uses 3 sealing circuits. Sealing rubber profiles for the inner and outer contours provide a high level of tightness and thermal insulation. Realit® RW 64 HI windows have a wide range of infill thicknesses - from 12 to 48 mm in the casement and from 14 to 56 mm in the blind part.

Thanks to specially developed EPDM-gaskets with "tendrils", the system's resistance to wind loads is increased, sound insulation and water tightness of the room are improved. The EPDM gaskets used in the system have been tested and certified to prove their effectiveness in cold climates.

Additionally, to achieve high thermal insulation characteristics, the system uses foamed insulation between the seam of the glass unit and the profile. This design helps to reduce the heat transfer coefficient, which allows the system to meet energy efficiency requirements.

Thanks to rational manufacturing and installation technology, they are resistant to mechanical damage and adverse environmental influences. RW 71 HI +

RW 71 HI + - the warmest of the window series Realit®. The energy efficiency of the system is achieved due to glass fiber reinforced polyamide thermal bridges, polyethylene foam inserts, integrated thermal solutions and a wide range of filling. Warm Realit® windows create a special environment in the room and transform the daily living environment into a cozy area. The systems give maximum freedom to design objects when planning complex window structures

The basic system size is 71 mm for the frame and 79 mm for the sash. As filling - double-glazed windows or sandwich panels with a thickness of 20 to 62 mm in the sash and from 12 to 54 mm in the blind part.

The RW 71 HI + system is analogous to the Realit® RW 71 window series, but has higher thermal insulation values. The system is strong and durable, retains heat well inside the room and provides large glass areas for better visibility. Thermal bridges in the combined frame and sash profiles with a width of 34 mm are made of polyamide with 25% fiberglass. This material is characterized by low thermal conductivity and guarantees high dimensional and shape accuracy, strength and aging resistance. Special profiles made of foamed polyethylene in thermal bridges with a closed-cell structure allow you to get the maximum result in terms of heat retention even in harsh climatic conditions.

The multi-chamber co-extruded central EPDM seal in the system has increased thermal insulation characteristics and improves the sealing of the frame-to-sash junction, resulting in an even more comfortable indoor environment. The carefully thought-out elements of the RW 71 HI + windows are the optimal solution for premium properties with high demands on the quality of building systems.

The new warm Realit® system incorporates many technical solutions and design features that can improve any project and offer flexibility in the planning and implementation process. The support profile in the "warm" window series serves to facilitate the installation of window blocks, as well as to improve the tightness and increase the thermal characteristics of the zone of adjoining the lower part of the window to the opening. This profile is universal - it can be used both with windows of the RW 64 series and with windows of the RW 71 series: tilt-and-turn, shtulpovye, top-hung, center-hung, hidden. In the RW 71 HI + windows, it is possible to manufacture a hidden sash for window units built into the facade. This greatly simplifies the design, improves the appearance of the facade and minimizes heat loss.

The whisker seals, developed by the company's engineering center, significantly reduce heat losses and prevent drafts. And the simplicity of installation of the window structure ensures ultra-fast commissioning of the facility. The system also includes a sash with a groove for plastic window fittings, which significantly reduces the cost of the finished product.

The RW 71 HI + system has a façade frame that facilitates the installation of the window unit into the post-transom façade.
