As well as foreign teams: Antoine Grünbach and partners (with the involvement of French firms, the Higher School of Economics and the Financial Academy), the L'AUC architectural bureau (with Belgian experts), Italians Studio Associato Bernardo Secchi Paola Viganò, the OMA architectural bureau (with Strelka specialists, USA, UK and Canada), a united team of urbanists from Canada, UK and USA led by Urban Design Associates and architect Ricardo Bofill. All projects of the finalists will be shown at a special exhibition in September this year, and from them, in turn, as Izvestia clarifies, the best proposals will be selected, and their authors will form a single team that will develop the concept.

" The architects expressed dissatisfaction with the system of competitions, to which Marat Khusnullin replied that the city authorities are ready to organize the most transparent competitions, including experts from the Union of Architects in the commission for the selection of design solutions. The head of the construction complex also proposed to create an institute for the formation of an order for design.

The best buildings for the magazine were determined by an expert jury of architects and critics. The favorites included the office of Aeroflot - Russian Airlines by the TPO Reserve workshop, the Vysota 239 plant in Chelyabinsk (architects: Sergey Ilyshev and Vladimir Yudanov) and the Danilovsky Fort office center in Moscow by Sergey Skuratov Architects. Each project in the Afisha list is accompanied not only by photographs and background information, but also by a detailed commentary by one or several members of the jury.
