The competition is being held by the Seoul authorities to establish the Hanyangdoson Fortress Wall Museum at the foot of Namsan Mountain. The museum will allow visitors not only to learn more about the history of the city, but also to get acquainted with the technology of building the wall, the process of its excavation and conservation. Projects must be carried out in accordance with the legislation on cultural and natural heritage. The winner will be awarded a contract for further design.
