From 10 to 12 September, Strelka will host a large conference “Architect of the Future”. The program includes lectures, discussions and workshops, attended by representatives of leading architectural firms, design studios, institutes, development companies from the UK, USA, Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland and Russia. In addition, young specialists will have the opportunity to find a job thanks to the job fair.
Two events for applicants this week will be held by MARCH - the traditional day of studios and the open day of the program of additional education "Lighting Design". And the Museum of Architecture will open two exhibitions at once: an exhibition of works by the Soviet artist Alexander Deineka "Contours of the Global Epoch" and an interactive archaeological exhibition dedicated to the history and archeology of the southern regions of Russia.
The School in Motion. Architects-Internationalists exhibition will open at Garage on Wednesday. Its mission is to analyze the ties between the Bauhaus and the USSR, examining them through the prism of the activities of former teachers and students of the Bauhaus in Moscow.
