The competition was organized by the Voronezh branch of the Union of Architects of Russia at the request of the developer company VoronezhEuroStroy. Nine architects, architectural bureaus and creative teams from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh and Ufa took part.
The task was to design a residential complex for 1200 apartments with infrastructure (fitness center, grocery store and other retail facilities, medical center, office premises, etc.). It was also proposed to improve the territory adjacent to the residential complex, including the Sports embankment.
According to the results of the competition, three winners were determined, with one of whom it is planned to conclude an agreement for the further development of the project. The prize fund was 1.5 million rubles.

The architects were inspired by water, which changes its physical properties depending on the season. The fishermen's houses are like the first frost covering the wooden pedestrian flooring, and five "crystal" towers grow from the stylobate glacier, which, due to the different number of storeys, form a wavy silhouette.

The figurative solution of this project is based on such associations with the word "crystal" as clarity, clarity, purity. The 26-storey towers have excellent views - most of the apartments have views of the reservoir. The heart of the complex is a multifunctional promenade the size of a small park. The embankment, which begins immediately outside the residential complex, is also full of recreation areas - both quiet and active.

The complex is divided into two functional areas - residential and business. All six towers (15 to 37 floors) are united by a common stylobate and underground parking. In the stylobate part there are children's and sports grounds, recreation areas and "Retail Square". The park adjacent to the residential complex offers a variety of sports opportunities (from bike paths to a yacht dock).
