Two towers with a characteristic "waist" in the transition from public to residential floors are still presented by Thomas Heatherwick's studio with almost no accompanying text, the architects talk only about the public "plaza" at ground level.

according to him, the towers will be 30 and 34 floors high, respectively, and will house 401 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom dwellings.
The first floors will be occupied by cafes and shops, and a public space "Dvor" will be arranged between the towers. The courtyard will be illuminated through glass ceilings, and above it, on the fifth floor, there will be a spa with a pool, a lounge and a play area for children. A kindergarten for 24 children is also conceived.
The balconies will be equipped with built-in landscaping pots that will become part of the rainwater management system. On the facades, it is proposed to use gray fiber cement and "bronze" panels, triple glazing and two-meter sliding glass doors to the balcony are provided.
