The skyscraper 432 Park Avenue will reach a height of 425.5 meters, becoming also one of the tallest buildings in Manhattan. There will be about 128 apartments, and their number on the floor will decrease as the height increases: there will be 4 of them in the lower part of the house, then three, and on the upper tiers - just under one. Accordingly, prices will rise - from $ 7 million to $ 95 million for the best of the apartments, from where a circular panorama of the metropolis and adjacent territories will open.
The strict prismatic shape of the 96-storey building is emphasized by a regular grid of square windows measuring 3 x 3 meters. The building is vertically divided into 6 parts by double "empty" tiers, where, in addition to the central concrete rod, there will be only a facade lattice. These floors will help reduce wind pressure on the walls of the building.
Completion of construction is scheduled for 2015.
