Students of construction and architecture universities presented their projects for an energy efficient school for the Turkish city of Gaziantep. The expert jury determined the winners of the semi-finals in each city. In Volgograd, 1st place was taken by Anastasia Sergeeva, Lilia Sdobnova, Ekaterina Dikareva, in Tyumen - Ksenia Dolmatova, Anastasia Kholopova, in Irkutsk Ustina Ekaterina, Senotrusov Nikita, Sokolov Stanislav, and in Yakutsk the leading position was taken by Bolshakova's project, Marina and Anna Gasich.

Every year the popularity of the competition aimed at promoting the ideas of energy efficient construction and attracting talented young professionals to the construction sector is growing. It is being held in Russia for the third time, and this year more than 300 students from various universities in the country have applied for participation.

A jury of architects and experts in the field of energy efficient construction evaluated the work of all participants and selected 5 finalist teams. On April 15, 2014 in Moscow, at the national final, teams with the strongest projects will compete: Anna Kirillova and Anna Budnikova, Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (KGASU), Kazan; Gayane Chubaryan, Alina Nazmeeva, Moscow Architectural Institute (MARHI), Moscow; Ekaterina Ustina, Nikita Senotrusov, Irkutsk State Technical University (ISTU), Irkutsk; Sergey Sinitsa, Erik Avetisyan, Vladimir Sarukhanyan, College of Architecture and Construction # 7 (KAV # 7), Moscow; Tatiana Vyazova, Maria Astafieva, Vitaly Cheban, Tomsk State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (TSUACE), Tomsk.

The names of the participants of another finalist team were determined by an open vote for the Audience Choice Award in the I Am Architect of the Future groups on Vkontakte and Facebook. The largest number of votes was received by the project of Ksenia Gerber, Yulia Ilyukhina and Dmitry Morev (SURGU), Chelyabinsk. They were among the finalists and will fight to reach the international final, which will be held this May in Bucharest (Romania).
