The residential complex "Garden Quarters" is being built on the Frunzenskaya Embankment. This is the only project in the domestic history of the construction of elite real estate, in the development of which seven leading Russian architectural bureaus took part at once, headed by the guru of modern architecture - Sergei Skuratov. The complex consists of four quarters of club houses with private courtyards, as well as its own park with a pond. Here, the authors' unusual ideas are harmoniously combined with the original landscape design, and social, sports, health and shopping and entertainment facilities are distinguished by increased safety and comfort. So, to protect the system of internal communications, materials from ROCKWOOL stone wool are used.
The materials ALU1 WIRED MAT 80 and ALU1 WIRED MAT 105 were used for fire protection of air ducts. Stone wool fibers withstand temperatures up to 1000 degrees and become an obstacle to the spread of fire. The stitched mats are covered on one side with unreinforced aluminum foil, giving the structures an aesthetic appearance. In addition, stone wool prevents unnecessary heat loss.
Due to the high temperature resistance of the stone wool fibers, the presence of the stitching of the mats and the WIRED MAT covering mesh, reliable operation of the structure during a possible fire is ensured.
Within the framework of the Garden Quarters project, the most topical ideas of world urbanism are being successfully implemented. It radically changes the views of society on a high-quality urban environment and on the relationship between man and nature. This residential complex is not similar to any other complex in Russia, either in concept or in the level of its implementation, which allows it to raise the bar high in domestic design and construction technologies.
In 2008, Sadovye Kvartaly was recognized as the Best Project for a Residential Quarter. Twice he became the winner of the Urban Awards: in 2010 - in the category "Residential complex with the best architecture", in 2011 - in the category "The best project for integrated development of the territory: integrated development".
