RC "Minipolis Divnoe" is being built on the border of the State Farm named after Lenin and the city of Vidnoe, which are located almost immediately outside the Moscow Ring Road on the way to Domodedovo airport. On the one hand, the site is bordered by an apple orchard and strawberry fields, which should not be built up - the state farm recently turned one hundred years old, the farm is among the best in Russia. On the other side is the Vidnovsky forest park.
Although “Minipolis” is becoming a continuation of the city, having a rigid layout correlating with the neighboring residential complex “Green Alley”, it nevertheless reacts to the semi-suburban character of the area and tries to catch the relaxed, but not sleeping mood of the area. The complex is quite human in size - the buildings rise to a height of 4 to 8 floors, thus “Divnoe” becomes an intermediate link between the environment of the old city - with cottages, a stadium, a manor house, recreation center and schools, and a new one - with plates of “regulated” houses.
Thirteen buildings are located around the perimeter of the rectangular area so that most of the apartments have a view of the garden, forest or inner green boulevard. It turned out three urban blocks, in the central one the architects placed a school and a kindergarten with sports grounds, the territory of which opens up to a forest park, thereby letting in the greenery inside the entire block.
Along the central axis runs a boulevard that connects various courtyard spaces, among which there is a neighboring club with workshops where you can work or meet for a conversation. For cars on the periphery, a ground parking has been built, there are open parking lots along the perimeter of the entire block, but only special equipment is allowed inside. The entrances to the houses are bilateral.

The buildings consist of slightly protruding sections - both from the side of the street and the courtyard - each of which has differences: in the material of decoration, color, design of the masonry, and the location of the windows. Some houses have tongs - "deaf" or glazed, reminiscent of greenhouses and greenhouses. Together with the brick prevailing on the facades and low altitude, they give the complex a pleasant resemblance to a dacha or European suburbia.
The layouts are as varied as the facade solutions; the apartments provide space for dressing rooms, storage rooms and work areas.
