At the end of 2019, the Urban Awards 2019 ceremony was held in Moscow, where the key achievements of the urban residential real estate market were noted.
AkzoNobel's Dulux brand acted as a partner in the nomination "Best Business Class Residential Complex under Construction", where, according to the results of an expert assessment, the West Garden residential complex of Inteko company was recognized as the winner. In total, 5 finalists were presented in this nomination, of which AkzoNobel representatives chose the winner and presented a special prize from the partner “For creative and harmonious design of the residential complex”. It was the project of the business class residential complex "I Love" from the Kortros Group of Companies.
The general designer and developer of projects for buildings 1 and 2 is the APEX bureau. The AECOM bureau has developed the planning concept, design code and is responsible for the project of the 5th building. Bureau "Ostozhenka" and TPO "Reserve" supervise buildings 3 and 4.
Grigory Schepetkov, AkzoNobel Construction Director, commented on the choice: “It was not easy to determine the winner, but after evaluating the design project of the residential complex“I Love”, we came to the conclusion that the project team accurately predicted future social and color trends. According to a recent study by the AkzoNobel International Center for Aesthetics, the trend of the next years is marked by the search for the meaning of life, a place for silence, harmony and creativity. And it is these trends that are reflected in the design project of the residential complex “I Love”, where we saw the intersection between the used color techniques and the current Dulux palettes for 2020”.
