In Krasnogorsk near Moscow, a new residential complex "Park Alley" is being built at a rapid pace. The complex became the winner in the nomination "The best business-class construction project in the Moscow region" according to TREFFI 2014.
This is an individual project, with the elaboration of infrastructure, where everything is done in order to live and relax comfortably, interestingly and beautifully. It includes five seventeen-storey buildings, underground parking lots, a secondary school, a sports complex with a swimming pool, two shopping and office centers. Residential complex "Parkovy Alley" is adjacent to a large landscaped forest park, which creates a favorable environmental background. Nearby there are objects of urban infrastructure - the Zorkiy stadium with courts and a swimming pool, the Skazochny children's forest town, the Alye Parusa music and choir studio, not far from the Zorkiy ski stadium and two lakes.
The ensemble of the complex is formed by 5 buildings with a height of 17 floors, erected using monolithic-brick technology. The first and fifth buildings under construction were designed by the Architect bureau, and building No. 5 stands out for its spectacular, memorable semicircular sections and is the architectural dominant of the future microdistrict. As always, the architects paid special attention to finishing the facades of buildings: facing bricks for them are produced at the Kerma plant, one of the leaders in the brick industry in Russia, and supplied to the facility of ZAO Firm Kirill. The main characteristics of bricks are excellent frost resistance, time-tested, durability, as well as thermal insulation and noise insulation properties. The names of the collections of bricks "Wheat Summer", "Zaonezhie", "Terracotta" speak for themselves - these are the colors of the Russian plains and the autumn forest, therefore the facades of the new complex echo the shades of the century-old park located nearby.
Bricks from the "Wheat Summer", "Zaonezhye", "Terracotta" collections are produced according to the Qbricks quality standard developed by the Association of Independent Sellers of Building Ceramics and the "Kirill" company. The British plant IBSTOCK, the German Hagemeister and the Dutch Daas Baksteen have also joined the Qbricks standard. The Qbricks standard guarantees a reliable investment for a developer, and for future residents - the warmth of brick walls and the warmth of color.
