One of the worst enemies of any metal structure is corrosion. How does ALUTECH fight it?

Hardware plays an important role in ensuring high anti-corrosion properties of the entire structure, which is especially important for sectional doors. How does ALUTECH ensure the durability of components?

The multistage quality control system of the roller shutter system also includes testing of the finished curtain. For this, the ALUTECH structure is installed in the opening and up to 3000 lifting and lowering cycles are performed. In this case, the roller shutter is constantly monitored for scratches, abrasions and other visible damage.
As for the protective box, into which the roller shutter curtain is rolled, it should be slightly larger in diameter than the curtain roll. This will exclude the contact of the lamellas with the box walls when the roller shutter is opened and closed and will increase the durability of the coating. However, a too large box looks unaesthetic and increases the cost of the structure, so it is important to choose the box that is optimal in size.
