In the fall of 2021, a shortlist of 50 nominees selected by the jury will be published on the website and social networks of the award. Winners will be announced at the Brick Award ceremony in late spring 2022. The prize includes a cash prize of € 7,000 for the main prize winner (including the category winner) and € 5,000 for each of the remaining four category winners.

Your architectural project or several projects can be submitted through the Russian-language online form until April 8, 2021 on the website www.wienerberger.ru. It is important that the project fits into one of five categories:

- Feel at home: single-family homes, small housing projects of high architectural quality.

- Living together: multi-family residential buildings, innovative residential solutions, taking into account the trends and challenges of urbanization.

- Working together: comfortable, aesthetic and functional offices, commercial and industrial buildings.

- Being in the community: comfortable, aesthetic and functional public buildings for the needs of education, culture and health, public places and infrastructure projects.

- Build outside the box: innovative concepts and uses of bricks and new building technologies.

The selection criteria for shortlisted projects include innovative design and architectural concept, the skillful use of ceramic building materials, and the quality of architecture in terms of aesthetics, form and configuration of the project. Special attention is paid to the suitability of the project for its intended purpose, type of building, cultural context, as well as aspects of energy efficiency and sustainability.

The use of Wienerberger products is not a prerequisite for participation.
