One of the leading Russian enterprises in the field of radio electronics, based in Voronezh, which has retained its reputation as a center for the development of this science-intensive specialty historically, since Soviet times. The company supports educational and research projects in the city and the region. In addition, she recently began to build her own research and production cluster: in a pine forest on the outskirts of Voronezh. The complex will unite production workshops, laboratories, offices, educational institutions, housing and social infrastructure, and it is planned to build it sequentially. Now the implementation of the first stage has begun - the construction of an office and production center.

The PANACOM architectural bureau, under the leadership of Arseny Leonovich, designs interiors for this building already under construction. Its internal space is clearly zoned: on the first level there is an open area for meetings and negotiations, the second floor is occupied by offices and laboratories, the third is intended for management. The hierarchically subordinate levels are strung on the communication vertical of the open spiral staircase, where the illumination of the steps enhances the effect of the "screw" spinning, emphasizing the integrity and continuity of its vertical axis. In addition to the staircase, which connects the interior space literally, figuratively and emotionally, it will be united by a common set of shades and finishing materials for all rooms. A democratic solution, where the luxury of finishing is not concentrated in the offices of the bosses, but is distributed with relative uniformity in public, work and representative areas, does not exclude, however, the variability of combinations, which, in turn, ensure a change in impressions.

Arseny Leonovich describes the resulting space as a corporate and club space, where “on the one hand, there should be a mood of a business interior and focused work, and on the other, an almost homely feeling of comfort. If we walk right through from the first floor to the second and the third, then a single feeling of the interior develops in our minds: absolutely public and - at the same time - as private as possible”. The zoning of the space is taken over by glass partitions. They have built-in wooden blinds, various niches and openings that allow you to regulate the degree of transparency and privacy. In addition, due to the high degree of penetration of natural light (skylights in the roof, solid glazing), people, working in a technogenic environment, will feel a connection with nature, landscape, changing times of day and seasons.

The interior shows the corporate identity of the company, which was also re-branded by the PANACOM architectural bureau. The brand name is a geometric system of multi-format pixels-squares that reflects the interaction of microchips as an image of the interpenetration of intelligent environments. This style is read everywhere in the form of ornamentation and rigid geometry, from large volumes of meeting rooms to lamps in the form of the same pixels. The interior is dominated by branded dark blue and black shades, which are combined with other finishing materials - both brutal: concrete, plaster or microcement, and “warm” wood and textiles. The abundance of black details, according to Arseny Leonovich, gives the interior "the muscularness of James Bond, the severity of the loft and the consistency of a scientific laboratory."
