By the end of 2022, it is planned to build 266 social facilities in the capital. This was announced by Andrey Bochkarev, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. According to him, the stake is made on the integrated development of territories, when the volume of construction of social infrastructure corresponds to the dynamics of new housing commissioning. RU, the best option is when residential complexes are designed and built simultaneously or after the commissioning of the necessary social facilities, transport and engineering communications.
The head of the Stroykompleks says that the principles of walking distance are laid down in those projects that are being implemented in the city at present, so that the townspeople have fewer reasons for forced trips to other areas.
Development of New Moscow
Since 2012, 19 schools for 18,000 places, 47 kindergartens for 10,100 places, 12 medical infrastructure facilities - polyclinics, hospital buildings, ambulance stations have been built in the Troitsk and Novomoskovsk districts (TyNAO). By 2035, it is planned to commission 320 kindergartens, 170 schools, 125 healthcare facilities on the territory of New Moscow. So, for example, in the residential complex "Spanish Quarters" next year a polyclinic will be opened for 163 visits per shift. Two polyclinics will appear in the Rasskazovo residential complex. By 2022, it is planned to build the Novomoskovsky medical center in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas. In total, it is planned to build about 50 healthcare facilities in the capital by 2023.
New residential complexes - new schools
The residential complex "Etalon-City" in the south-west of Moscow in the near future will receive a kindergarten for 225 children and a school for 625 children. The construction of both facilities has already begun. The school, which is planned to be built by the end of 2021, will equip classes with laboratory assistants, two gyms, an assembly hall, an IT training ground, a library and a media library, and premises for school forums. Sports grounds with crumb rubber cover will be created on the adjacent territory.
A giant school for 2.1 thousand students will be built in the Vnukovskoye settlement. A school with a similar capacity is planned to be built in Troitsk. In the village of Krasnaya Pakhra, a block for 300 places for an elementary school will be built for school No. 2075. It will house a library, a first-aid post, a canteen, a sports hall and an assembly hall. The reconstruction project has already been approved.
