- when using Light Butts EXTRA as a middle layer in layered masonry, it is recommended to provide a ventilated gap between the insulation plate and the front masonry with a width of about 4 cm. - in the case of using Light Butts EXTRA slabs in frame walls and pitched roofs, installation of a vapor barrier from the side of the room is required. ROCKWOOL waterproof vapor barrier film is recommended for these tasks;
