The building was originally built according to the project of the architect F. A. Novikov, with the participation of I. Pokrovsky, N. Suslin, V. Vorontsov, engineers Y. Ionov, V. Gnedin, Y. Chertovskikh and was intended for the Research Institute of the USSR Ministry of Electronic Industry. But in the 1990s, it somehow became not up to the electronics industry: the USSR collapsed, and the complex itself was acquired and completed by the Lukoil company. And although the architectural solution did not undergo significant changes - a number of additions by the new owners (including plastering and repainting of the building) forced the author of the project to give up authorship (completed in the late 90s by the architect D. S. Solopov). And now the headquarters of the Russian oil giant Lukoil is located in this building on Sretensky Boulevard.
During the last renovation of the lobby and basement of the building, fire doors FILOMURO REI 60 manufactured by the Italian factory GAROFOLI, having Russian fire safety certificate.
All doors made to measure - the height of the canvases is 255 cm, the width of the leaves varies from 60 to 111 cm, the project includes double-leaf doors, both symmetrical and asymmetrical. Door leaves are painted with glossy paint with custom tinting. The doors have aluminum frames hidden in the wall, as well as all the necessary fire-prevention accessories - special hinges, door closers, a thermo-expanding seal, etc.
Features of this product: specifically for the implementation of the concept in this project, the GAROFOLI factory proposed a modified aluminum frame for hidden installation in the wall, which allows the wall to be finished with TRAVERTINE (natural stone) in the same plane as the door leaf, through the use of special hinges and a new reinforced frame.
In addition to fire doors, this project includes fireproof inspection hatches of a special design.
