The official opening of a new three-story building of a sports and recreation complex in the Lenin State Farm near Moscow took place on July 28, 2020. The total area of the sports and recreation center - 5 thousand m2 and in fact it is a miniature water park. The building houses two children's pools, a sports pool with an area of 25 m2, an area for aqua aerobics, as well as 16 water attractions, including simulated river flow, waterfalls and hot springs.
It is known that the buildings of the Lenin state farm, located south of Moscow near the Moscow Ring Road, are characterized by stylizations in the traditions of Disney - although one can recall the kindergarten "Castle of Childhood" and the children's park "Land of Fairy Tales", in the form of castles with multi-colored roofs, clearly visible from the Kashirskoe highway. The new sports and recreation center, on the other hand, like the building of School No. 548, demonstrates a commitment to modern trends: an abundance of glass stained-glass windows provide the interior with natural light, metal facades and roof panels are painted in cold shades of pink interspersed with bright purple colors, which are extremely popular among modern designers. On the other hand, the pink shade delicately reminds of the state farm's key specialization - growing strawberries, while at the same time moving away from kumach red.
The main cube of the FOC building is covered with a sculptural arched roof, which forms a kind of "pediment" over the main facade of the complex, facing the Kashirskoye highway. The roof of the second volume, cut by a transverse skylight, is flat with a slight slope. Both roofs are covered with painted aluminum Riverclack picture panels® 550 with a thickness of 0.7 mm in three colors with PVDF coating. The entire project for the roof of the pool was developed by the specialists of Riverclack LLC, including calculations of complete thermal and waterproofing for the proper functioning of the facility.
Unique locking system and with a hidden drainage channel guarantees complete water tightness of the building, even with a slope of 0.5%. PVDF coating on aluminum roofing panels guarantees the paint resistance to UF rays and retains the color and shine of the surface from the harsh chemicals present in the city air.
Considering the long length of the picture panels, the stages of their profiling and rolling were carried out directly at the construction site. The total roof area was 2800 m2.
