TBC, one of the largest banks in Tbilisi, will locate its complex of buildings by Lake Lisi to the west of the city. The different heights are inspired by the defensive towers of the Shatili village, but the future TBC Forum on a green slope will, on the contrary, receive a public program. As conceived by the architects, modern banking does not require its formerly closed nature, therefore, the ensemble can be interpreted as an open system, and also equipped with terraces and balconies (which is especially important given the natural environment).
In addition to the bank's representative office itself, the complex will house its subsidiaries, and the third cluster will be occupied by public functions - exhibition halls, restaurants, a kindergarten, and coworking.
In office buildings, the departments will be grouped around two- and three-light nodes with a “communal” program. In addition to traditional workplaces, blocks of sofas and armchairs, tables for standing work are provided. It is assumed that tables in cafes and in meeting rooms, recreation, stairs and even corridors will become part of the workspace where employees can exchange ideas. The area of the complex will be almost 37 thousand m2, its plot will be 8.7 hectares.
