The campus will be located next to the existing ensemble of the university, on the territory now occupied by the dairy plant. The basis for the new development will be a park with an area of 1.75 hectares, available to both students and residents of the surrounding neighborhoods. On its territory, a hostel, a leisure center, a School of Management, buildings for MBA programs - ordinary and for managers, as well as cafes, administration offices, and a university store are planned.
The buildings are designed with courtyards, which, along with semi-transparent facades, will provide natural light in most interiors. Also, this will be facilitated by the small, "human" scale of the buildings, which was one of the key goals of the architects. They also tried to avoid a clear hierarchy of structures and closely linked the internal and external spaces.
Among the eco-elements of the project are natural ventilation, improved insulation of facades, the use of water from underground sources, rainwater collection, solar panels on the roof of the leisure center.
