Innovative Minds 2017 - architectural ideas competition
Source: gurroo.com The theme of the 2017 competition is "Fundamentals of Cybernetics." The main objective of the competition is to study the relationship between computer modeling and real design. Participants' projects, regardless of their scale and location of the proposed implementation, must disclose the topic of the competition, demonstrate the influence of the virtual world on the process of physical embodiment of an architectural object. The main question to which the contestants need to find an answer is: what problems can be solved with the help of computer technology.

Rehearsal pavilion in Sydney
Ideas for the creation of a music pavilion for rehearsals and concerts, which could be located next to the famous building of the Sydney Opera House, are accepted for the competition. The estimated area of the pavilion is 1200 m². In addition to the auditorium and rehearsal halls, the contestants need to place a restaurant or cafe, ticket offices and various utility rooms here. However, it is necessary to keep in mind not only the functional content of the building - the participants should think about how to harmoniously fit it into the space of the Royal Botanic Gardens.

Creative spaces 2017 - Orticolario competition

Fassa Bortolo Prize 2017

A. Prize Architecture Award 2016/2017

2017 SEED Awards - Public Space Design Award

This year, the organizers are three organizations at once: SEED (Social Economic Environmental Design), dbXchange and Live Projects. Each of them will choose two winners.
