The complex is divided into two 22-storey plates, standing on a common base - an underground garage inscribed in a small hill. The lower part of the building is associated with landscaping around - a total of 4,000 m2, and above in the plates there are openings for various infrastructure objects: swimming pools, terraces for relaxation, yoga, barbecue, etc.
The height of each plate is 64 m. The complex contains 226 apartments ranging from 84 to 168 m2. Each apartment has spacious terraces, thanks to the 9-meter thickness of the building, through ventilation and sufficient light is possible everywhere. At the same time, the terraces and the adjacent plate help to shade the interior, which is important for the hot climate of Puebla.
To blur the line between the interior and the surroundings, glazing is widely used at ground level, and above the ends of the plates are completed with spectacular consoles.
