The new workshop is 2.5 times more powerful than the existing one: its capacity is more than 7 thousand tons per year with the possibility of increasing. Thus, the total productivity of ALUTECH Group of Companies will be about 10 thousand tons of anodized profile per year.
The new anodizing line is fully automated and equipped with equipment from one of the leading manufacturers in the field of anodizing, Cisart (Italy). In addition to the modern developments of the Italian supplier, during the construction of the complex, the own solutions of the specialists of ALUTECH Group of Companies were implemented. Thanks to the experience gained during the operation of the first line, production technologies have become more sophisticated, the efficiency of the use of material and energy resources has increased.

“Anodized aluminum profiles are gaining in popularity and the expansion of the company's production capacity is intended to meet the ever-growing demand in the Western and Eastern European markets, as well as to shorten delivery times. The Western European market is characterized by the widespread use of the profile in architectural and construction systems: high characteristics allow the use of anodized profile even in the most extreme operating conditions, including in car washes and in water parks. The new complex provides coating of both the already proven shades of bronze, silver and others (eight tones in total) on aluminum profiles, as well as a completely new color. - Anodic oxide coatings give the profile a naturally metallic color, which is especially appreciated in the West. However, it is even more important to ensure high corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and durability of the coatings. Thanks to anodizing, the surface of the aluminum profile remains perfect for a long period. Another important aspect is that the anodizing process makes it possible to reveal hidden defects and inhomogeneity of the alloy, as well as imperfections in the surface of the profiles. Thus, the anodized profile is a product of a guaranteed high-quality alloy.
During 2013, the quality of the anodic oxide coatings produced on the new line will be tested for compliance with the Qualanod certificate. This is an international quality mark for anodic coating of aluminum alloy products used in architectural construction. For most Western European consumers, this certificate is a prerequisite for further cooperation.
The existing AluminTechno anodizing line was the first in the CIS and Baltic countries, which confirmed the high level of quality of applied coatings and received the Qualanod certificate.
